Under the aurora borealis, you’ll experience the Lakota Raindrop Technique, where essential oils applied along the spine release tension and restore balance, amplified by the aurora’s healing light. Additionally, Q’ero-inspired shamanic sessions will use the aurora’s energy to clear blockages, cleanse the aura, and realign your spirit.
Each practice taps into the power of light and ancient traditions, offering a transformative journey to relieve stress, restore balance, and deepen self-discovery, all while attuning to nature’s rhythm beneath Iceland’s sacred skies.
THE IMPACT OF COSMIC LIGHT ENERGY AND ITS PRESENCE
The Aurora Borealis, or Northern Lights, is a mesmerizing natural light display in polar regions, caused by the interaction of solar wind—streams of charged particles from the sun—with Earth's magnetic field and atmosphere. As these particles collide with gases like oxygen and nitrogen at various altitudes, they excite the molecules, emitting colors such as green, red, purple, pink, and blue.
