Under the aurora borealis, you’ll experience the Lakota Raindrop Technique, where essential oils applied along the spine release tension and restore balance, amplified by the aurora’s healing light. Additionally, Q’ero-inspired shamanic sessions will use the aurora’s energy to clear blockages, cleanse the aura, and realign your spirit.
Each practice taps into the power of light and ancient traditions, offering a transformative journey to relieve stress, restore balance, and deepen self-discovery, all while attuning to nature’s rhythm beneath Iceland’s sacred skies.

The Aurora Borealis, or Northern Lights, is a mesmerizing natural light display in polar regions, caused by the interaction of solar wind—streams of charged particles from the sun—with Earth's magnetic field and atmosphere.
