In How Woo-Woo Works, Dr. Linda Tello, an engineer and initiated paqo in the Q’ero lineage of Peru, brings disciplined curiosity to that frontier.

Blending systems engineering, perception science, Indigenous cosmology, and lived phenomenological experience, Dr. Tello examines how meaning arises before explanation, how the nervous system registers patterns in environment and relationship, and how practices such as rhythm, ceremony, and attention function as forms of perceptual training rather than superstition. Drawing on work with Q’ero teachers, research into physiology and coherence, and personal encounters explored with restraint and rigor, she treats extraordinary experiences not as proof or belief, but as data.

This book does not ask readers to accept hidden powers or mystical claims. Instead, it offers a grounded framework for understanding intuition, pattern recognition, embodied awareness, and the relationship between human perception and the environments we inhabit. The Great Year Cycle - Part 1

Litmus A Freeman created his own Universal Celestial Calendar (UCC) to break free from control systems and realign with our natural universal cycles after realizing freedom means to Free the Body, the Mind, and the Spirit. In his 1st presentation, Litmus explains the importance of understanding the nature of natural cycles and The Great Year for putting our current paradigm into the bigger picture context.

The Great Year was known in ancient Greece by such as Plato to be the Cycle of the rise and fall of Human Consciousness and Civilisations, and was inherited from ancient India where it was known as the Yuga Cycle. In the introduction to his 1894 Gregorian book 'The Holy Science' Sri Yukteswar Giri describes the Great Year / Yuga Cycle and explains how it works.

He was the Guru of Yogananda who wrote 'Autobiography of a Yogi' and is credited with bringing Eastern wisdom and philosophy to the West in the early part of the 20th Century Gregorian. Today the Cycle is also known as the Precession of the Equinoxes and used as an astronomical marker of Earth’s position in space.

"Learning about this cycle, as part of my studies of all our natural universal cycles," says Litmus, "has really helped me to understand why things are as they are and to put things in perspective."
