Dr. Enolia Harris Pedro is an author, educator, researcher, Grandmother Elder, and founder of the Architecture of Human Coherence. Her work delves into a simple yet profound question: How does the human being move toward coherence? 

Drawing upon mathematics, leadership, communication, Indigenous wisdom traditions, sacred geometry, yoga, and lived experience, Dr. Pedro has dedicated decades to studying the principles that support personal transformation, meaningful leadership, and human development. Her research bridges ancient wisdom and modern inquiry, revealing how diverse paths of knowledge can contribute to a more coherent and integrated life.

She holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and an MBA from Regis University, where she graduated Summa Cum Laude. Her professional experience encompasses over two decades of leadership in technology, operations, education, organizational development, and global program management.

As the founder of ENOLIA International, LLC and the Architecture of Human Coherence Research Initiative, Dr. Pedro creates educational programs, publications, retreats, and learning experiences that foster self-mastery, communication, leadership, and lifelong learning.
